Who these terms are between

These terms cover your use of this website, and of any account, enquiry or order you make through it. The site is operated by AOSS. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Anything you send us is also covered by our privacy notice, which explains what we collect and what you can ask us to do with it.

Using the site

• Use the site lawfully, and do not interfere with it or with anyone else's use of it.
• Do not scrape it, send automated bulk requests, or attempt to reach an account that is not yours.
• Product photographs are illustrative. Mineral values describe the water from our source in typical terms rather than a guarantee of every bottle.
• Natural mineral water is a food. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and none of it is a treatment for anything.

Accounts

You can sign in with Google. Accounts are for people aged 18 and over, one per person. Keep access to your Google account secure, because anyone who can use it can reach your AOSS account.

We may suspend or close an account that is used to abuse the site, to place fraudulent orders or to impersonate someone else. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, as described in the privacy notice.

Enquiries and orders

The site currently takes enquiries. Checkout opens shortly, and these terms cover it in advance.

An enquiry is not an order. A contract forms only when we confirm it in writing. Prices are shown in Indian rupees as MRP, inclusive of taxes, with shipping calculated at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where we cannot deliver to the address, or where a price was listed in error, and we will refund anything already paid.

Delivery

Orders are delivered within India. If you are outside India and would like to order, write to us and we will tell you what is possible. Delivery times we quote are estimates, not promises.

Please give us an address where someone can receive the delivery, and check it before you confirm. Once an order is handed over at that address, responsibility for it passes to you.

Returns and refunds

Bottled water is a food product, so we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed packs. If a delivery arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with a photograph and we will replace it or refund it.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Subscriptions

When subscriptions open, you will choose a delivery frequency and a payment method, and Razorpay will register a recurring mandate on your instruction. You can skip a delivery, change the frequency or cancel at any time before the next charge, from your account or by writing to us.

Our content

The AOSS name, the wordmark, the photography, the text and the layout of this site belong to us. You are welcome to share links to it. Please do not copy the content for commercial use without asking us first.

Other services

Sign-in is provided by Google, payments by Razorpay, and hosting by Cloudflare. Those services have their own terms, which apply to the parts of the experience they provide. We are not responsible for a service we do not run.

Our responsibility

We take reasonable care in running this site and in the water we sell. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. If a change affects an order you have already placed, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we cannot settle a disagreement between us directly, it goes to the courts that have jurisdiction over our registered office.

These terms are a plain-language draft, published while the site is in its first season. They will be reviewed as checkout and subscriptions open, and the registered entity details will be added once registration is finalised.
