Privacy notice

Who we are

AOSS makes natural mineral water from a spring in the upper Himalaya. This notice covers this website and every page linked to it. When it says we or us, it means AOSS. When it says you, it means anyone visiting or using the site.

For anything in this notice, write to baajajtherapeutic@gmail.com.

What we collect

Details you give us

Your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the message you write, when you send an enquiry, save an address or place an order.

Your account

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We never see your password, and we do not receive your contacts, files or anything else in your Google account.

Your cart and your theme

The contents of your cart and your light or dark choice are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Your cart is only visible to us if you complete an order or send it as an enquiry.

Technical information

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs that include IP addresses, for keeping the site running and secure. Our fonts and animation libraries load from Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which also see your IP address when they deliver those files. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers.

What we do with it

• Answer your enquiry and keep our correspondence with you.
• Keep your account, your saved addresses and, once checkout opens, your order history.
• Fulfil orders, arrange delivery and tell you about the order.
• Send occasional notes from the mountains, only if you tick the box, and only until you withdraw consent.
• Keep the website working, secure and free of abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

Cookies and browser storage

We use the minimum needed to make the site work, and nothing for advertising.

• aoss-theme remembers whether you chose the light or dark appearance.
• aoss-cart holds your cart until you clear it.
• Session cookie keeps you signed in, once accounts open. It is present only while you are signed in.

All of these are essential to the features you asked for, so there is no cookie banner. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings; clearing the session cookie signs you out and clearing the cart empties it.

Who we share it with

• Cloudflare hosts the website and the database behind accounts.
• Google handles sign-in if you choose that option.
• Razorpay will process payments once checkout opens. Card and bank details are entered with them, never with us.
• Our email provider delivers messages we send you.

Each of them receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and account details are kept while you have an account with us, and deleted when you ask us to close it. Order records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, which is currently up to eight years. Hosting logs are kept by Cloudflare for a short period and then discarded.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can withdraw consent for anything optional, such as occasional emails, at any time. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Write to baajajtherapeutic@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can raise it with the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site and the accounts on it are meant for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of children. If you believe a child has given us their details, write to us and we will delete them.

Changes to this notice

This is version one, dated 25 October 2026. If the notice changes in a way that affects you, we will say so on this page before the change takes effect.
